You can get 4 degrees: sotapanna, sakadagami, anagami and arahant; 5 and 8 precepts; Samadhi: all the worries stop when thoughts stop, calm and happiness are there in the heart; Samadhi: we need at least upacara samadhi to start investigating properly, to have a knife sharp enough; Dukkha: it's not just suffering, but also boredom, dis-ease, dissatisfaction, restlessness, pain & suffering. Even in the heaven they have dukkha; Dukkha: it is the reason behind all our actions; Younger generation: always distracted (playing with their phones), more difficult for them to get concentrated; Samadhi: explanation of khanika, upacara and appana samadhi; Dropping into samadhi: like jumping in a pool, you can't explain it, you just have to jump; Body reflection: reflection about sickness, old age & death; Body loathsomeness: why everything that comes out of the body is disgusting?
