5 precepts: they keep us from falling down to the lower realms like hell; Blinded by science: every 5 years, they change their views but we still believe them; God: in Buddhism, the Creator God is called Avijja but it's a deceiving power that we fight; Avijja: it's the mastermind behind everything. It has 3 armies: greed, hate and delusion; Body contemplation: we have to destroy our illusion about the body (that it's something nice and beautiful), this is the root of greed and hate; The 'top' kilesas: laziness, fear, boredom, restlessness; Fasting & ascetic practices: greed comes up when we don't have what we used to have;
