Meditation - advice to beginners: 'Buddho' and breath meditation; Meditation is about stop thinking and start experiencing; Patience in meditation: like learning how to walk, we have to keep trying until step by step the mind calms down; Stages of concentration: first thoughts disappear (realm of experience or upacara samadhi), then going further, everything disappear (body, thoughts, all the Universe), it's deep samadhi or appana samadhi, a preview of Nibbana; Exposition of the 4 Noble Truths; Principle of anatta: we are absorbed like in a movie but they (body, feelings, thoughts etc.) are not us.
