Death: every effort we put in the body and material things is gone at that time; Body: in the world, people just live for their body; “The world doesn't show us the path of practice but the path of entertainment, of distraction”; Fighting against tyranny: not external tyranny but avijja, the internal tyrant, fighting for inner freedom, free from greed and hate which are rooted in the body; Body contemplation: the body is like a robot and we have programmed it for 15-20 years (digesting, walking, talking and thinking) and after 50 y-o it starts to break down. We use it in our practice to understand what's not 'I'; The skin hides the true nature of the body; Investigating pain: when we know how to do it, we can investigate all the negative feelings & emotions in the same way.
