The 4th Noble Truth: sila (morality/vertue), samadhi (to quieten down the kilesas), panna (to uproot and eliminate them); Panna: investigation of the 5 gorups/khandhas starting with our biggest problem which is the body; Dukkha of the body; How to understand the body is not 'me' or 'I'; Asubha: understanding the true nature of the body, that is not something nice and beautiful, like everything that comes out of the body (saliva, digested food etc.)
