Explanation of the 4 Noble Truths; Dukkha: dissatisfaction is there all the time (hunger, thirst, cold, hot, bordedom, restlessness etc.). Our lives are full of dukkha; Desire: it's the cause of dukkha, in samadhi there is no desire and so momentarily no dukkha; The path: sila (5 precepts for lay people), samadhi, panna); 3 more virtues required on the path: respect/generosity/gratitude; Body investigation & disgust: when we really see the body we'll be disgusted, it's natural, nothing to force or to create; Meditation to understand that the body is not Self: cutting it part by part, one by one, putting those parts in front of our inner eyes, until clearly seeing that this heap of body parts cannot be the same as the one who observes, the one who knows, the citta.
