Have moral fear of doing unwholesome actions. This is a positive approach to fear whereas in negative sense, people with “fear” tend to avoid fearful situations but the more one does it, the more one tends to meet or get caught in fearful situations. To quote Luangta: “Fear is an enemy in disguise as a friend and makes one do all wrong things”
