Exposition of the 4 Noble Truths; What dukkha is; No being in no realm(human, ghost, animal, heaven and hell) is eternal; 2nd Noble Truth: our desire create all this dukkha, we don't accept things as they are; Sila & the 5 precepts; Internet, youtube etc.: “you have to be careful, it depends how you use it, the object itself is neither good nor evil”; The 3 fetters to overcome to enter the stream (sotapanna): doubt about kamma/heaven/hell, not keeping the 5 precepts and thinking the body is “I”; Kamma: if we could see a few of our previous lifes, we would understand much better; About the hippie generation: they tried to find an alternative way to live, they pushed people to think, but failed to find the satisfaction they were looking for; Samatha; Difference between jhanas and one-pointedness.
